You can choose accommodation in two ways.

Using our search: Enter your destination, dates, and number of guests. Our search will pull available offers directly from Booking.com and display them for you. You can also filter the results to best match your requirements.

By pasting a link from Booking.com: Prefer to browse on Booking.com yourself? Simply find the accommodation there (including your dates and number of guests), copy the link, and paste it into our order form.

First, open the selected accommodation on Booking.com. Don't forget to enter the dates and number of guests.

Then copy the full link from your browser's address bar (Ctrl+C or Command+C on Mac) and paste it into our form (Ctrl+V or Command+V). Make sure you copy the full address starting with https://.

After submitting your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a detailed overview of your reservation.
Once the reservation is processed, you will also receive the official confirmation from Booking.com.

It is technically not possible to link your reservation directly to your Booking.com account. However, after completing your reservation we will send you a confirmation email with a reservation number and PIN, which will give you full access to your reservation and allow you to manage it directly on the Booking.com website.

If you wish to communicate directly with the accommodation (e.g. to arrange a late arrival or parking), simply use the reservation number and PIN from the confirmation email. Enter them in the Booking.com app or website and you can then communicate with the accommodation by email, phone or for example via WhatsApp.

No, Genius discounts do not apply to our system. Prices are always governed by the terms we have agreed with Booking.com.

The reservations are handled by the operator, CatchHotels.com. The company acts as a reservation intermediary between you and Booking.com.

Yes, there is no limit on our side.

This offer does not allow online prepayment. Since reservations through Dovolená za benefity must always be paid in advance, this type of room or accommodation unfortunately cannot be booked with us. We recommend selecting a different available option.

You can only pay for stays that you book through our service.

Service fees vary depending on the payment method selected, and are calculated based on the accommodation price. You will always see the exact fee amount in the summary panel of the order form before submitting your order.

If you combine payment with a bank transfer, the amount paid this way is fee-free.

Yes. You can pay part of the amount with benefit points and cover the rest with a payment card or bank transfer. If you or your travel companions have multiple benefit accounts from different providers, they can be combined in a single order. Simply click "Add another payment" in the payment method selection and choose what portion you want to pay with each method.

The order must be paid within 7 days of its creation.

The reservation is created through our account on Booking.com and our payment card is attached to it, which the hotel uses to charge the amount. Messages from Booking.com about "payment being charged" are automatic and refer to this card, not yours. Please do not change the card details – they are set up correctly and ensure payment for your stay.

Some hotels use the "pay on-site" setting, where the card is only entered as a reservation guarantee. If the hotel asks you to pay for your stay upon arrival, please contact us.

Yes. If you accidentally selected the wrong payment method, please contact us.

Yes. After payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation and payment summary by email.

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount in the same way it was originally paid.

If you paid with benefits, the points will automatically be credited back to your benefit account. Payments made by card or bank transfer will be returned to the same account from which they were sent. If the reservation was paid with a voucher, its value will be reactivated and you can use the voucher for another purchase.
